River in the Desert Ministries was born from a promise that God gave to
Kevin Brown many years ago. God spoke Isaiah 43:1-19 into Kevin’s life when he
was walking through a very difficult situation. Verse 19 reads “ Behold I will do
something new, now it will spring forth; will you not be aware of it? I will
even make a roadway in the wilderness, rivers in the desert.”
River in the Desert Ministries is a
non-denominational ministry formed by
Kevin Brown, his wife Tracy, and their daughter
Elizabeth. We currently are located in Baytown,
Texas. We work independently and in conjunction
with other ministries to spread the gospel of
Jesus Christ in these last days. We use a
variety of avenues for ministry including;
internet evangelism, personal/public evangelism,
music ministry, and the distribution of gospel
literature. The one
great desire of this ministry is to help the world find that Jesus Christ is
truly the refreshing “River in the Desert” in this dry and thirsty land.
